Course Coordinator

About the role

Zarghoon Education Foundation (ZEF), a not-for-profit organization licensed under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, is hiring a Course Coordinator to lead coordination, administration and communication for its English Language, Career Counselling, Health, Education, Medical (MDCAT), Quran and other courses, delivered online and on campus across Pakistan. The position is office-based on campus, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage admissions, registrations, timetables and attendance records
• Run Zoom/Google Meet classes and the LMS, with basic technical support
• Handle student communication by phone, WhatsApp, email and social media
• Coordinate tests and mock exams and share results
• Prepare enrolment and progress reports for management

Required profile

• Master's or BS (16 years) in English, Economics, Psychology, Education, Health Sciences, Biology, Management/MBA, Islamic Studies, Arabic or a related discipline (HEC-recognized)
• 3+ years in course coordination, academic administration or office management
• Administrative experience in a school, college, academy or training institute
• Age 25-45; female candidates are encouraged to apply
