About the role

Win Win Marketing & Developers is seeking a highly creative Senior Video Editor to lead video production for our growing creative team. You will work closely with the Creative Production Manager to deliver compelling visual content for digital platforms, social media, and brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Production Manager in planning and executing video shoots.
• Manage end‑to‑end video production, including pre‑production, shooting, and post‑production.
• Lead on‑site shoots, handling lighting, framing, camera movement, and stabilization.
• Create engaging video content for digital and social media channels.
• Plan and execute professional drone shoots as required.
• Deliver high‑quality edits with a strong storytelling focus.
• Stay current with cinematic trends and visual storytelling techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional videography experience.
• Associate degree or diploma in Video Editing, Videography, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in a real‑estate marketing agency or creative agency is preferred.
• Proven expertise in drone operations (certification a plus).
• Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, framing, and stabilization techniques.
• Excellent understanding of cinematic storytelling and platform‑specific formats.
