Senior/Principal Application Consultant

About the role

AdalFi, a leading fintech company in Pakistan, is looking for a Senior/Principal Application Consultant to lead high‑stakes implementation projects for top‑tier banks. You will work directly with customers, delivering end‑to‑end solutions that enable real‑time, automated lending decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all implementation phases, including pre‑UAT, UAT, production deployments, and post‑go‑live support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, execute, and oversee UAT sessions with banks, resolving issues and ensuring readiness for production.
• Proactively track and resolve technical and operational issues, escalating when necessary.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to align deliverables and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members, supporting their growth and success.

Required profile

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide projects and teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on delivering results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in implementation, delivery, or project management, preferably in banking or fintech.
