SEO & Digital Marketing Expert

About the role

Finit Systems Inc. is seeking a full‑time remote SEO & Digital Marketing Expert to design, execute, and refine SEO strategies and multi‑channel digital campaigns. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to boost organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and optimise SEO tactics including keyword research, on‑page, off‑page and technical audits.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and paid media to increase engagement and lead quality.
• Analyse website and campaign performance data, prepare regular reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to embed SEO best practices in websites, landing pages and marketing assets.
• Align all activities with broader marketing and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Proven experience in SEO (on‑page, off‑page, technical) and link‑building.
• Experience in social media marketing, audience targeting and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with sales alignment and lead‑generation processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
