SEO Manager (WordPress)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEO Manager who will own and execute our search strategy for a leading manufacturing business. The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day implementation, allowing you to shape organic growth while working closely with content and digital teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on‑page, off‑page, technical).
• Optimize and manage website content within WordPress.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Improve site performance, rankings and organic traffic.
• Monitor, analyse and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other tools.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO‑friendly copy.
• Support digital initiatives such as landing‑page updates, growth experiments and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an SEO role with measurable results.
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects.
