SEO Specialist

About the role

Reach First is seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to strengthen our online authority through high‑quality backlink acquisition and outreach campaigns. You will collaborate closely with content creators and on‑page SEO teams to ensure link‑building aligns with broader keyword strategies and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute diversified link‑building strategies, including guest posting, resource pages, broken‑link recovery, and skyscraper techniques.
• Identify, vet, and secure backlinks from high‑quality, relevant websites while monitoring anchor‑text distribution and follow/no‑follow ratios.
• Conduct personalized outreach to bloggers, journalists, and industry influencers, managing communications via email, LinkedIn, Hunter.io, and other platforms.
• Partner with the Content Team to create linkable assets such as infographics, whitepapers, and data‑driven studies.
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles, track outreach performance using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz, and report key metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of proven SEO and SEM experience, including website optimization and Google PPC campaign management.
• Strong understanding of link‑building tactics and outreach best practices.
