SEO Specialist – Lead Organic Growth

About the role

Qureos is building an AI‑powered recruitment platform and needs an SEO Specialist to own the end‑to‑end organic growth engine. You will work as an individual contributor, shaping strategy, execution, and measurement to turn SEO into a compounding growth lever.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the full SEO roadmap, from technical health to content scaling.
• Run continuous technical audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site architecture) using tools such as Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
• Identify, design, and launch programmatic SEO initiatives, building scalable page templates and high‑volume landing pages.
• Automate rank tracking, content gap analysis, internal linking, and reporting with AI‑assisted tools.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, and Engineering to align priorities and ship improvements quickly.
• Design experiments, track performance with Mixpanel and PostHog, and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Comfort operating independently with limited resources and building processes from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset and a bias toward automation and systems thinking.
