About the role
We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to support day‑to‑day service delivery operations, act as the first point of contact for client queries and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily service delivery operations and monitor task completion.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve service‑related issues.
- Maintain accurate service records, update internal systems and prepare regular reports.
- Support team coordination, knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Management or related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to work independently during night shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with basic reporting and documentation tools.
