Service Engineer – Technical Support for Solar Inverters & Storage

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to provide technical support for our solar inverters, energy storage systems and EV chargers. You will work closely with installers, customers and internal teams to ensure successful commissioning, troubleshooting and after‑sales service across a range of renewable‑energy products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting support to installers and customers via phone or digital channels.
• Deliver remote or on‑site commissioning assistance for solar inverters, storage systems and EV chargers.
• Coordinate logistics for replacement units and manage the collection of faulty equipment.
• Support qualification, onboarding and management of new service partners.
• Document all case information accurately using CRM software.
• Conduct training sessions for customers or internal colleagues.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, processes and cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Photovoltaic Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in the local language and business‑level English.
• Strong knowledge of technical requirements for PV, energy storage and EV charging systems, including product specifications and grid code requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in the PV industry is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, performance‑driven and customer‑oriented.

Required skills

• Technical troubleshooting of PV inverters, storage systems and EV chargers.
• Commissioning support (remote and on‑site).
• Use of CRM software for case documentation.
• Understanding of PV system specifications and grid code compliance.
