Shopify Developer (CRO Focus) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Shopify Developer who will own and continuously improve our Shopify Plus store. You will work remotely, turning conversion‑rate ideas into measurable results while maintaining a high‑quality e‑commerce experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize themes, add new features, and build custom Shopify apps when needed.
• Test implementations across browsers, devices, markets, and languages to ensure functionality and data accuracy.
• Generate, implement, and analyze CRO hypotheses to boost conversion rates.
• Set up and maintain clean conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, server‑side tracking, Klaviyo events).
• Ensure Klaviyo email flows and funnels run reliably.
• Monitor customer behavior, improve UX, and build solutions that move the brand forward.

Required profile

• Several years of proven Shopify experience, including Liquid, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs.
• Experience building custom Shopify apps is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated success in conversion‑rate optimization with measurable impact.
• Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining tracking setups.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines without supervision.
• Commitment to best practices, even when they require extra research.
