Site Engineer – Construction Projects (Islamabad)

About the role

Kickstart, Pakistan’s leading coworking space operator, is seeking a Site Engineer for its Islamabad locations. The role involves overseeing interior fit‑out projects from conception to handover, coordinating with contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction activities in line with approved layout plans, BOQ and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to resolve on‑site issues.
• Verify that designs are implemented correctly according to drawings, BOQ and change logs.
• Report progress, variations and design changes promptly.
• Supervise civil, electrical, HVAC and firefighting works on‑site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (DAE Civil/B.E./B.Tech).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience, preferably in interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil finishing, MEP coordination and site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Experience supervising contractors and managing project schedules.
• Previous experience in coworking‑space projects is a plus.
