Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist to lead the buzz around the upcoming launch of our platform. The role will create and execute social media campaigns, produce engaging content, and build a vibrant user community to drive early sign‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run a pre‑beta social media campaign that highlights the platform’s value proposition for consumers and brands.
• Create brand‑aligned posts, visuals and videos, manage a content calendar, and coordinate with designers and video editors.
• Implement user‑acquisition strategies aimed at achieving at least 15,000 sign‑ups within the first two weeks, using A/B testing and performance optimisation.
• Engage actively with users across platforms, respond to queries, and foster community interaction through Q&As, polls, challenges and giveaways.
• Collaborate with the Brand Acquisition Specialist, Beta Testing Coordinator and development team to align marketing efforts with product readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or community engagement.
• Proven track record of running successful social media campaigns that drive user acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of current social media platforms, analytics tools and digital‑marketing trends.
