Senior Product Operations Specialist

About the role

Careem Pay is looking for a data‑driven Senior Product Operations Specialist to own the end‑to‑end release cycle, funnel optimisation and Martech performance for all customer‑facing assets. You will act as the operational backbone of the Pay product engine, ensuring every digital touchpoint delivers the right message at the right moment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market and product launches from post‑development through full scale‑up.
• Own the user funnel, using data insights to shape the product roadmap.
• Set up and manage growth touchpoints across the super‑app, Careem Plus loyalty surfaces and marketing channels.
• Maintain a structured asset calendar to keep every channel live, correctly targeted and aligned with growth priorities.
• Run rapid experimentation cycles, creating and retiring assets with speed and rigor.
• Serve as the primary growth‑ops liaison with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing and Loyalty teams.
• Partner with analytics to design experiments, define holdout groups and measure incrementality.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing to ensure on‑time, on‑brand asset production and deployment.
• Document all operational processes, configurations and segment definitions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, growth operations or digital marketing operations.
• Proven ability to create scalable operating processes from intake to post‑launch review.
• Strong data‑first mindset with experience using analytics tools such as Amplitude.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Clear communicator who can present to senior stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Enthusiasm for applying AI tools to operational and analytical challenges.

Required skills

• SQL – comfortable writing complex queries and building audience segments.
• Amplitude or similar analytics platform.
