Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Create platform‑specific content strategies that leverage the strengths of each channel.
• Monitor social media metrics such as reach, engagement and conversions.
• Analyse data to provide insights, recommendations and optimisation plans.
• Conduct competitive analysis and incorporate findings into content planning.
• Identify and segment target audiences to customise messaging.
• Engage with online communities, build relationships and manage interactions.
• Collaborate with client‑servicing, design and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Detect potential issues, develop and execute crisis‑management strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation or management.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and suggest actions.
• Experience in community management and handling fast‑paced environments.
