Social Media Expert / Executive / Officer

About the role

Shaadi.org.pk, one of Pakistan's leading marriage organizations, is looking for a creative, strategic and performance-driven Social Media Expert to manage and grow its digital presence while generating qualified leads. The position is full-time and office based, with offices in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and DHA, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms: Facebook Pages and Groups, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Communities
• Create images, reels, short videos and promotional content, and plan a monthly content calendar
• Write captions and call-to-actions, and generate leads through organic and paid strategies
• Run and optimize Facebook and Instagram ads
• Respond to comments, inbox messages and community queries
• Monitor analytics and submit weekly performance reports
• Build and manage online communities on marriage, relationships and family topics, and coordinate with the sales team on lead follow-ups

Required profile

• Graduate with a good academic background
• Relevant post-qualification social media marketing and advertising experience: 2+ years for Officer, 3+ for Executive, 4+ for Expert
• Strong Urdu and English copywriting skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented

Required skills

• Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools
• Experience running Facebook and Instagram ads
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• Knowledge of trends and algorithms
