About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Social Media Growth Specialist to design and execute end‑to‑end social media strategies that align with our business objectives. You will create high‑performing content, run experiments, and collaborate with creative teams to boost engagement, growth, and conversions across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement a comprehensive social media growth strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with strong hooks, storytelling, and conversion focus.
• Partner with designers, videographers, and editors to produce content that drives measurable outcomes.
• Run A/B tests on formats, messaging, and posting times, scaling successful tactics.
• Track, analyze, and report growth and business metrics, delivering actionable insights.
• Stay current on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Coordinate with performance marketing to repurpose winning ads and test organic content for paid amplification.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in social media management, growth, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to craft engaging content with clear hooks and storytelling.
• Experience in content planning, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Basic knowledge of paid media, ad creatives, and marketing funnels.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
