Social Media Manager (B2B Technology)

About the role

Troxis is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead its social media presence, strengthen its B2B technology brand and grow its reach across international markets. The role goes beyond posting content: it involves building a strategy, telling compelling stories, engaging the right audience and using data to improve results. It is an onsite position in Lahore Johar Town, working 4 PM to 1 AM Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and X.
• Own content calendars, campaign planning, brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Turn complex AI, SaaS and software concepts into engaging, business-focused content.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, video editors, sales and leadership teams.
• Grow brand awareness, engagement, website traffic and qualified business interest.
• Track performance metrics, analyse insights and continuously optimise the content strategy.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing social media strategies.
• Strong written English, copywriting, storytelling and content planning skills.
• Understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, CTR, traffic and lead generation.
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, software, AI or international brands is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and AI-powered content workflows.
