Social Media Manager (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead HOMELO’s social media presence, creating and publishing engaging content to build brand awareness, drive traffic and support sales. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Faisalabad.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create, schedule and publish posts on major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Coordinate product‑focused campaigns and optimize posts for reach and engagement.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports business goals.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in e‑commerce, retail or home‑decor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Excellent written communication and copywriting for diverse online audiences.
• Ability to develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express or Capcut.
• Experience analysing social media metrics and using insights to refine campaigns.
