Social Media Manager / Instagram Reels Growth Strategist

About the role

BuzzyBooth is seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager who can design Instagram Reels and short‑form videos that capture attention, drive engagement, and have viral potential. You will shape the visual storytelling for restaurants, dental offices, orthodontic practices, and other local businesses using our smart photo booth platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Instagram Reels strategy aligned with BuzzyBooth’s brand goals.
• Generate viral‑style content ideas, hooks, and angles for Reels, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Write concise video scripts and scroll‑stopping captions.
• Oversee editing to ensure strong pacing, captions, music, and visual flow.
• Repurpose founder stories, customer testimonials, product demos, and behind‑the‑scenes footage into engaging short videos.
• Monitor short‑form video trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Analyze performance data, suggest improvements, and refine the posting schedule.
• Boost engagement metrics such as reach, saves, shares, comments, and follower growth across target audiences.

Required profile

• Proven track record creating high‑performing Instagram Reels, TikToks, or similar short‑form videos.
• Deep understanding of viral hooks, retention, watch time, and engagement drivers.
• Ability to craft compelling captions and scripts that stop scrolling.
• Experience managing social media for brands, founders, startups, or businesses.
• Creative, fast‑moving mindset with a willingness to test new ideas.
