Social Media Manager

About the role

RXD Leather Limited is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence from its Sialkot headquarters. You will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content that showcases the brand’s high‑quality leather products and drives audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar across major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Write, edit, and schedule posts, captions, and short‑form copy aligned with brand voice.
• Coordinate with design and product teams to source visual assets.
• Monitor channels daily, respond to comments and messages, and manage community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and produce regular reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, benchmark competitors, and propose new initiatives to enhance digital reach.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Proven ability to craft and execute content strategies for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written communication and basic copywriting skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
