Social Media Manager

About the role

Social Spark Pk is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its on‑site team in Bahawalpur. You will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing content for both the company and the creators it manages, ensuring consistent brand presence across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple social channels.
• Create, write and schedule posts that align with each creator’s voice and audience.
• Coordinate with creators to gather assets, approve content and meet publishing deadlines.
• Monitor comments, messages and community interactions, responding where appropriate.
• Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to optimise future campaigns.
• Adjust strategies based on platform trends, data insights and audience feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of content.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Proven experience managing and growing brand or creator accounts.
• Excellent written communication and ability to craft platform‑appropriate content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of social media trends, platform updates and best practices.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications or Media Studies is an advantage but not mandatory.
