Social Media Manager – Pakistan

About the role

ICT/Softvire is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence across South Asian markets. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s voice on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X, while supporting regional growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules and ensure consistent branded messaging.
• Create and adapt engaging posts, videos and graphics for each platform.
• Monitor engagement metrics, analyse performance and optimise tactics.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce visual assets and campaign materials.
• Respond to community inquiries, comments and direct messages.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging platform features.
• Prepare monthly analytics reports and support event promotion initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for B2B or technology companies.
• Strong understanding of content creation for professional audiences.
