Social Media Manager (Shopify & E-commerce Growth)

About the role

A growing brand based in Lahore is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager to turn social traffic into sales. The role combines market research, Shopify store management, paid ads and content creation to boost product visibility and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends, competitors and customer behaviour to find new growth opportunities
• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, collections and promotions on the Shopify store
• Improve reach and discoverability through SEO, hashtags and a smart content strategy
• Turn followers into customers with strong CTAs, campaigns and optimised product pages
• Create and schedule posts, reels, stories and carousels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more
• Run and optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns to maximise ROI
• Respond to comments and messages and build a loyal customer base
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversion rate and sales, and share monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with influencers, creators and brand partners

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in e-commerce
• Strong copywriting and creative skills
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify
• Understanding of SEO, conversion optimisation and social media algorithms
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
• Basic design skills (Canva, CapCut or similar)
• Bonus points: email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), photo/video editing, influencer marketing
