About the role

Arbisoft is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Executive focused on employer branding. You will enhance our online presence and position the company as an employer of choice through strategic digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies to strengthen the employer brand across multiple platforms.
• Create high‑quality, engaging content that showcases company culture and career opportunities.
• Manage and grow social media channels, posting updates, interacting with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to design compelling employer branding campaigns.
• Track and analyze digital performance using Google Analytics and social media analytics, preparing regular reports.
• Promote events, webinars, and career fairs through digital channels to attract talent.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align digital efforts with overall business goals.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in digital media, content creation, and branding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong copywriting, graphic design, and video production abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of design, video, and scripting work.
