Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Social Gravity, a digital marketing agency in Pakistan, is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead social media strategy and execution for the agency and its clients from the Faisalabad office. You will shape platform‑specific campaigns that drive visibility, qualified leads and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Plan content calendars, coordinate creative production and publish engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Manage community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate paid social campaigns, optimise performance and track reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, web specialists and other team members.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and social media management tools.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, budget monitoring and campaign optimisation.
• Proficiency in social media analytics, KPI tracking and insight generation.
• Copywriting, editing, proofreading and visual‑content coordination skills.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing funnels, lead generation and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Excellent communication, project‑management and client‑handling abilities.
