Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and execute social‑media strategies that boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition for its e‑commerce clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging content and nurture online communities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social‑media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish graphics, videos, captions, and stories that align with brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate on integrated marketing initiatives, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering meaningful interactions.
• Support email and digital marketing projects with social‑first content ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social‑media accounts for a brand or agency.
• Strong copywriting ability and visual storytelling skills.
• Solid understanding of social‑media analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
• Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
