Social Media Strategist & Brand Manager

About the role

Laneway Education is seeking a Social Media Strategist & Brand Manager to lead the social presence of a multi‑brand portfolio spanning education, hospitality and events across Australian and Pakistani markets. You will work within a creative team, bridging strategy and execution by crafting conversion‑focused copy, briefing designers, managing communities and delivering data‑driven performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and own content calendars for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for all assigned brands.
• Write all captions, promotional copy, community replies, direct messages and menu/special copy, ensuring each brand’s voice remains consistent.
• Post content, verify accuracy and manage community interactions, including comments and DMs.
• Brief designers with visual references, dimensions, copy direction and provide feedback to minimise revisions.
• Produce weekly performance reports with platform‑level analytics, observations and actionable recommendations.
• Generate content ideas, series formats, seasonal campaigns and reactive content.
• Translate marketing direction into structured content plans with clear timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for multiple brands, preferably in an agency or multi‑brand environment.
• Demonstrable copywriting across at least two distinct brand voices (e.g., food & beverage and education).
• Portfolio or live account examples showing multi‑brand management.
• Full‑time availability and on‑site presence in Lahore.
