Software Developer – Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Technical

About the role

We are seeking a Software Developer specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) to design and deliver cloud‑based business solutions for financial institutions. The role involves collaborating with global teams to build custom applications using Canvas and Model‑Driven frameworks, as well as extending out‑of‑the‑box CRM functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements to design complex CRM solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Develop and customise CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports and dashboards.
• Implement integrations with external systems using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL and ADO.NET.
• Write clean, efficient code in C# and JavaScript, adhering to coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain high system performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, testers and other stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and when customisation is needed.
• Excellent communication skills for status reporting and issue escalation.
