Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the role

The Software Engineer independently designs, develops, tests and maintains full-stack software solutions across backend and frontend layers. You own assigned features from requirement analysis through implementation, integration, QA handover and production support, keeping solutions reliable, maintainable, secure and aligned with engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, business logic, data processing, frontend apps, dashboards, portals, forms, reporting screens, internal tools and reusable components.
• Own features end-to-end, with limited supervision, and support QA handover and defect resolution.
• Implement REST APIs, including request/response models, validations, authentication, authorization, error handling and integration behavior.
• Maintain integration flows with internal services, operators, aggregators, third-party systems, callbacks and webhooks.
• Write and validate PostgreSQL queries, including transactions, indexing, constraints and data persistence.
• Support RabbitMQ and event-driven workflows, including publishing, consumption, retries, dead-letter handling and monitoring.
• Build asynchronous workflows such as notifications, billing triggers, delivery reports, background jobs and audit events.
• Analyze requirements, propose technical approaches, troubleshoot issues and optimize performance (API response times, rendering, queries, event processing).
• Collaborate with QA, Product, DevOps, Support and Security teams, and guide Junior Software Engineers on straightforward issues.
• Escalate complex architectural, scalability, security and production-critical concerns to Senior or Lead engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Jira traceability, Git branching, pull requests, code review, SonarQube validation and secure coding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information technology or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development across backend and frontend applications.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, databases and full-stack features; exposure to messaging, real-time or high-volume platforms is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in the local language and English.
