MEA Data Analysis and SFE Specialist (1 Year Fixed Term)

About the role

Haleon is looking for a MEA Data Analysis and SFE Specialist on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Reporting to the MEA OU FFOF Manager, the role supports the Field Force of the Future (FFOF) programme across Expert and Pharmacy channels, including the transition from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. It covers programme coordination, data and reporting support, market readiness tracking and user enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CRM transformation: programme plans, trackers, governance materials and status reporting for the move from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, and maintain action logs, decision records, deployment schedules and risk trackers.
• Coordinate implementation with local SFE teams, support Super User and Data Steward communities, prepare training content and monitor adoption and user feedback.
• Run data extraction, cleansing, validation and reconciliation, run data-quality checks, and support HCP master-data and identity-resolution improvements.
• Track first-party data completeness, consent and compliance, and escalate risks.
• Build, refresh and quality-check dashboards and reports, support AI-driven Next Best Action testing, and produce insight and exception reports.
• Consolidate market performance data, support performance dashboards and reporting packs, and provide analysis for annual business planning and performance reviews.
• Support segmentation and targeting cycles, scenario modelling for territory alignment and workload balancing, and maintain approved tools and documentation.

Required profile

• Practical experience with CRM, field-force effectiveness, commercial operations, data or reporting.
• Good analytical capability, strong organisation and attention to detail, able to manage several workstreams and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to work across countries and functions.
• Ability to follow governance, handle data responsibly, solve routine problems independently and escalate appropriately.
• Curiosity, learning agility and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Veeva is advantageous
