Software Engineer II (Full‑Stack)

About the role

Styre Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer II to design, build, and scale the systems that power client engagements and internal products. This full‑stack position offers immediate ownership, allowing you to shape integrations, production workloads, and architectural direction from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations across complex data flows.
• Develop, tune, and maintain scalable back‑end services.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate closely with a small engineering team and company founders.
• Ensure high‑quality code through testing and code reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 4–6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Proven ability to build secure, production‑grade applications.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
