Software Engineer – Integrations (Level I)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer – Integrations (Level I) to design, develop and maintain integration solutions using IBM App Connect and related IBM integration technologies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and support integration solutions on IBM App Connect, DataPower, WebSphere and the IBM Integration Layer.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements and create technical designs.
• Configure and implement IBM App Connect objects, including connectors, databases and web services.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation such as design documents, test scripts and user manuals.
• Provide technical support for incidents and issues related to integration solutions.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors, customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in system integration and architecture.
• Practical experience with IBM Enterprise Service Bus, App Connect, WebSphere and IBM DataPower.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
