Software Product & Project Manager (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Product & Project Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of healthcare software solutions. The role combines product vision with end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring that our digital health products meet clinical needs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and detailed requirements for healthcare software.
• Lead full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, managing timelines, quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain product backlogs, conduct sprint planning and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, business and clinical teams to build user‑centric solutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software product management with proven project management duties.
• Strong background in the healthcare sector and delivery of digital health products.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (mandatory).
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
