Software Project Coordinator

About the role

The Software Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution and delivery of software development initiatives. Working on‑site, you will collaborate with clients, cross‑functional teams and senior management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules and timelines.
• Guide projects through the full software development life‑cycle, from initiation to closure.
• Organise, scope and deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Communicate clearly with clients, development teams and management.
• Prepare and present weekly status reports to the executive team.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document decisions and track action items.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support and undertake ad‑hoc project tasks as required.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good understanding of the software development life‑cycle.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Experience with database design and API integration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Slack and Trello (preferred).
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end development and testing processes.
• Database design expertise.
• API integration experience.
