Software Quality Assurance Engineer – PMS (Healthcare)

About the role

Medcare MSO is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality of its Practice Management System (PMS) throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. The role combines traditional testing with AI‑assisted test generation to improve coverage and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements and design documents, create test plans and test cases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke and end‑to‑end tests and track defects to resolution.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to generate and validate test scenarios, then incorporate them into automated test suites.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and daily stand‑ups.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on testing experience with US healthcare Practice Management Systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication of findings.

Required skills

• SQL for database validation.
• API testing with Postman or similar tools.
• Test management and defect tracking using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Practical experience with AI tools Claude and ChatGPT for test generation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
