Solar Operation & Maintenance Intern

About the role
This full‑time, on‑site internship offers hands‑on experience in the operation and maintenance of solar power systems at our Quetta facility. You will work closely with experienced engineers to monitor performance, conduct inspections, and support the smooth functioning of our solar infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily operation and maintenance of solar power installations.
- Monitor system performance and report any deviations.
- Conduct routine inspections and support troubleshooting under supervision.
- Collaborate with the team to apply best practices and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Help implement safety protocols specific to renewable energy operations.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a technical or engineering program.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
