Solar Technician

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Solar Technician to join our team in Peshawar. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar power systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and related components on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and corrective repairs to keep systems at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose faults, and implement effective solutions.
• Inspect solar equipment for wear, damage, or safety concerns.
• Assist the engineering team in designing upgrades and new solar solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with local safety standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Knowledge and experience in solar systems and the solar industry.
• Strong ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar installations.
• Capability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in varying environmental conditions.
• Certification or diploma in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in solar installation and maintenance is an advantage.
