Solution Architect – Presales

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with strong presales expertise to design technical solutions, support the sales cycle and lead a team of technical professionals. The role bridges engineering, sales and delivery, translating client needs into secure, scalable architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges, technical environments and requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures that are secure, scalable and aligned with client goals, including AI and automation use cases.
• Lead presales activities such as discovery sessions, demos, proof‑of‑concepts, workshops and technical presentations.
• Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimates and pricing inputs.
• Mentor and manage a team of solution engineers, presales consultants or technical specialists and deliver training programs.
• Coordinate handover to delivery and engineering teams and stay current with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting or presales.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical or presales teams.
• Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to C‑level and technical audiences.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and measurable value.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MEAN and MERN stacks.
• Strong working knowledge of AI, generative AI, LLMs and automation tools.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), integrations and security fundamentals.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and RFP/RFI processes.
