Solution Manager - Cloud & Infra

About the role

JazzWorld is looking for a seasoned Solution Manager specializing in Cloud and Infrastructure to lead presales engagements and guide large‑scale enterprise and public‑sector clients. The role combines strategic thinking, solution leadership, and the ability to influence C‑level decision makers while mentoring junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end cloud solutions across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Conduct cloud readiness assessments, TCO/ROI analysis and migration planning.
• Develop reference architectures, landing zones and governance models.
• Guide customers on cloud‑native modernization using microservices, containers and serverless technologies.
• Integrate cloud solutions with security, networking and DevOps practices.
• Support RFPs, proposals and solution workshops with detailed architectures and demos.
• Maintain expertise in major public and private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMware, Red Hat).

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in DevOps architecture or presales.
• Proven track record designing and deploying cloud‑native, hybrid and multi‑cloud architectures.
• Strong knowledge of application migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor, containerize).
• Experience with cloud cost optimization and scalability design.
• Ability to lead workshops, write proposals and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
