Solutions Architect – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join a leading technology client on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on designing and implementing scalable, cloud‑native solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust architectural designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end cloud solutions for high‑impact projects.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural decisions support business goals.
• Provide technical guidance on scalability, performance, and security best practices.
• Document architectural decisions and solution designs.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong background in microservices and serverless architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and propose viable architectural solutions.
