Solutions Consultant / Product Specialist

About the role

SparkTrack is seeking a Solutions Consultant / Product Specialist to become the go‑to expert on its education‑focused CRM platform. The role bridges sales, product, customer success and QA, helping prospects understand the solution, supporting demos, gathering feedback and testing new features.

Key responsibilities

• Learn SparkTrack’s features, workflows, use cases and upcoming improvements in depth.
• Assist the sales team during discovery calls, product demos, follow‑ups and presentations.
• Prepare demo environments, sample student records, pipelines, forms and reports tailored to each prospect.
• Translate customer requirements into product feature mappings and structured feedback.
• Answer functional product questions from prospects and existing customers.
• Document bugs, create test scenarios based on real use cases and report issues with clear steps and impact.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convey customer needs and validate releases.
• Contribute to FAQs, demo scripts, onboarding guides and internal sales enablement material.
• Support customer onboarding and training sessions when required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail for capturing requirements and reporting bugs.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, product, QA and engineering teams.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid remote environment.
