Sourcing Specialist – Technical Application

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to manage the daily application of our consultants to technology‑specific contract positions across major job boards. The role ensures our talent remains highly visible and ranked at the top of recruiter searches.

Key responsibilities

• Apply to all qualified job postings on portals such as Monster, TechFetch, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc., for assigned consultants.
• Optimize keyword searches, profile rankings, and overall visibility on job boards.
• Own the inbound traction from vendors and market sources for our consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sourcing experience.
• Strong computer and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following direction from a single manager.
• Highly proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with job board platforms (Monster, TechFetch, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn).
• Keyword search and search‑optimization techniques.
• Profile ranking and visibility management.
