Special Needs Educator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Educator to design and deliver personalized learning experiences for students with diverse abilities. You will work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists and other professionals to ensure coordinated support.
• Monitor student progress, evaluate outcomes and adjust IEPs as required.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and social interaction.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on best practices in special needs education.
• Deliver training workshops to enhance inclusive teaching strategies.
