About the role
We are looking for a highly‑driven Specialist, Demand Planning to join foodpanda’s Pakistan team. Based in Islamabad, Karachi or Lahore, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager, Demand and Supply Planning to create replenishment plans and support the S&OP process.
Key responsibilities
- Create daily/weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell‑out and forecast.
- Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and adjust forecasts accordingly.
- Calculate supply plans, maintain inventory health in DCs and stores, and monitor supplier performance.
- Identify slow‑moving or non‑moving SKUs and flag them to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
- 3‑4 years of experience in demand or supply planning, preferably in FMCG, grocery retail or e‑commerce.
- Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- SQL.
