Staff Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Lahore office. The position is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to four years of experience. You will work closely with the finance team to support daily accounting operations and month‑end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile credit‑card and bank statements on a monthly basis.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and bill payments.
• Enter journal entries for all transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Complete monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare month‑end financial reporting packages.
• Support sales‑tax filings.
• Participate in additional accounting and finance projects as required.

Required profile

• ACC​A, ICMA or CA Inter and BSc in Accounting & Finance (affiliate/finalist acceptable).
• 0‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms.
• Month‑end close experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
