STEM Facilitator

About the role

The Kiran Foundation is seeking a motivated STEM Facilitator to design and deliver engaging coding and robotics lessons for primary and middle‑grade students in Karachi. You will guide learners from basic concepts to advanced projects, fostering curiosity and problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop STEM curriculum, hands‑on activities, and learning materials.
• Design daily lesson plans for primary and middle grades.
• Teach coding using Python, Scratch, and C++ and introduce robotics kits.
• Monitor student progress, identify strengths and improvement areas, and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage classroom dynamics.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team and stay self‑motivated.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of coding languages (Python, Scratch, C++).
• Experience with robotics platforms such as Twin Science, Arduino, Micro:bit, or LEGO Education.
• Empathy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective classroom management and teamwork abilities.
• Self‑driven and able to work independently.
