Stitching Worker

About the role

Fashion Zone is a clothing and apparel business in Lahore, Pakistan, specialising in garment stitching and quality clothing products. It is looking for a dependable Stitching Worker to support garment production and help maintain the quality and finish of each item. This is an on-site production role at the employer's Lahore workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch garment components according to patterns, samples and production instructions.
• Assemble clothing pieces accurately, keeping seam quality, measurements and finishing consistent.
• Inspect completed stitching for defects and correct issues within your skill set.
• Follow daily production priorities, workplace safety practices and proper machine-care procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other production team members to meet quality and workflow requirements.

Required profile

• Practical garment stitching ability using industrial sewing machines.
• Ability to follow patterns, samples, measurements and production instructions accurately.
• Reliable, organised approach to completing assigned production work.
• Willingness to follow workplace safety procedures and maintain sewing equipment responsibly.
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and production coworkers in a clothing workshop.

Required skills

• Familiarity with garment assembly, seams, hems and basic finishing methods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to stitch quality and detail.
• Ability to identify common stitching defects and make straightforward corrections.
