About the role
The Store Keeper is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that stock is stored, labeled, and rotated correctly. This role works closely with Procurement, Operations, and Finance to support smooth material flow.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and record inventory in the ERP system.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO compliance.
- Issue stock only against approved requisitions.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and audit requirements.
