Store Manager

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its flagship locations in Lahore. Reporting to the District Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales, profitability, and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and model best practices in customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll processing, and visual merchandising standards.
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a diverse team of associates.
• Maintain operational excellence, including employee relations and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and fashion retail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, reaching, and ladder work.
