About the role
IBM Consulting is looking for a Strategy Consultant focused on Customer Strategy. In this role you will partner with senior executives and cross‑functional teams to design and implement customer‑centric strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead customer‑centric strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Conduct deep market research, competitive benchmarking and customer‑journey analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Create strategic roadmaps that integrate digital, data and operational capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Guide transformation planning ensuring strategies are data‑driven, scalable and aligned with brand positioning.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- Proven experience analyzing customer behavior, market trends and business model innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps.
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills.
